Our scope of work included assessments of market opportunities, land use patterns, transportation issues, walking and biking trails, water access, environmental clean-up requirements in the bay and city landfill sites, historical and cultural designations, and promotional opportunities for the original, historic downtown and waterfront core.

We identified 35 long range vision implementation tasks of which 15 were accomplished within the next 12-month period.
