Profile

The Beckwith Consulting Group was established by Tom Beckwith FAICP as a sole proprietorship in 1983 to provide urban planning, design, and development services to public and private clients throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Prior experience
 Prior to establishing the firm, Tom held positions in a variety of other consulting organizations where he was solely responsible for the management of multidiscipline project teams and planning/landscape architectural departments. The firms ranged in size from 25 persons to the 4th largest architectural corporation in the nation.

Scope of services
Our firm annually averages $500,000 in fees ranging from projects accomplished on an hourly retainer basis to planning projects with fees in excess of $500,000 and development projects with construction costs in excess of $200,000,000. We have achieved the highest rate of successfully implemented projects in the consulting industry.
