Our planning process accomplished detailed facility inventories, marina demand projections, property and site assessments, public design workshops, development project cost estimates, and capital facility programs for public access, boardwalks, parks, and adjoining private development project planning elements.

We identified, cost, and programmed 21 detailed public access projects including joint venture proposals with Blaine, Sumas, Bellingham, Whatcom County, and the Washington State Parks & Recreation Commission.
