Our programming process evaluated staffing trends, existing space and building utilizations, building conditions, and property capacities for the expansion of the city hall, police station, library, public works yard, and fire station facilities to accommodate projected 20-year urban growth area needs.
Our adopted concept will create a consolidated civic complex oriented on a cross axis to
the historic downtown retail core with a new memorial town square and
park.
