Our study analyzed staffing trends, existing space and building utilizations, building conditions, existing property capacity for the expansion of the existing city hall and police station to meet 20-year growth requirements. We developed detailed phasing concepts and alternative financing strategies.
Our resulting plan oriented future building expansions about a central
parking courtyard that separated city hall functions from the police station
and court. Our concept made better use of the existing site, parking area, and
building plan - allowing each function to expand without impacting the others.
