Our planning process developed staff projections, functional space adjacencies, site assessments, alternative development concepts, cost estimates, and life cycle phasing strategies for a new city hall and police station to meet 20-year growth requirements.
Working with the Parks Planning Advisory Committee, our resulting plan redeveloped
a surplus school site to incorporate an adjacent
woodland park, multipurpose trail access, potential community center, and village
green multiuse area and central focus.
