Our scope of work included environmental, economic, land use, circulation, fiscal, housing, aesthetic, recreation, utilities, and historic elements of a comprehensive plan. We developed a comprehensive approach integrating utility and public services in order to implement area economic development strategies.
Our plan strategy also created a cottage industry/small business economic
element for the older downtown areas, an historic neighborhood
revitalization plan, special design and land use overlays of older business
districts and historic areas, and an area-wide park and trails system.
