We completed condition inventories, development concepts, capital facility programming, and environmental checklist assessments of environmental, land use, traffic, trails and bikeways, housing, and economic elements of a neighborhood planning process in accordance with the Seattle Comprehensive Plan.
Our process conducted an extensive public participation effort including direct mailers,
public workshops, design charrettes, and a final newspaper supplement with project and plan
ballots. Our selected plan created mixed use urban nodes along Delridge Way to increase
housing, retail, entertainment, and employment opportunities for the culturally diverse area.
