Connell Urban Design Plan

City Administrator and Downtown Task Force, Connell, Washington

The scope included detailed design guidelines, illustrative site and building plans, reuse concepts for an historic church, school, and hardware building, and facade and signage restorations for historic banks, hotels, and retail stores.

The project also included the program and design of new walkways, curbs, curbside parking, boardwalk and brick accent paving, street trees, traffic bollards, drinking fountains, benches and signage, street lighting, traffic signal interconnects, signage, and channelization.
