We completed a draft and final environmental impact statement for a comprehensive plan and growth management strategy for the proposed Bonney Lake urban growth study area in accordance with the provisions of the Washington State Growth Management Act (GMA).

The comprehensive plan alternatives and the scope of our programmatic EIS were determined during a series of public workshops and forums. We created a newspaper supplement to provide notice of the meetings and forums and outline options and issues of interest to the residents of the city and surrounding urban growth area.
